Flights depart approximately 2 hours before sunrise, which varies by season. In winter (October–March), pickup is typically around 4:30 AM. In summer (April–September), pickup is around 3:30 AM. We'll confirm your exact pickup time when you book.
The flight duration depends on your package. The Sunrise Shared Flight lasts approximately 45 minutes, the Private Balloon Flight lasts about 60 minutes, and the VIP Exclusive Flight offers up to 90 minutes of flight time. The entire experience, including transfers and breakfast, takes about 4 hours.
Absolutely. All our pilots are internationally certified with thousands of flight hours. Our balloons undergo regular maintenance and inspections, and comprehensive passenger insurance is included with every flight.
We recommend comfortable, layered clothing for the cool early morning and closed-toe shoes for landing. Avoid loose scarves or hats that could blow away.
Children must be at least 6 years old and 120cm tall. Maximum passenger weight is 120kg. Pregnant women are advised not to fly.
If weather conditions are not suitable, we reschedule your flight to the next available day at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we offer a full refund.
